The kitchen is fully operational and restaurant fitted out ready to go. Kitchen content and fixtures/fittings are to be negotiated with previous tenants or provided empty.

There will also be approximately 1000 covers per year from the neighbouring community centre. Normally priced at £16 per head excluding drinks/alcohol (to be discussed in person).

We are looking for an experienced restaurant/business owner to take this on and run their own restaurant/catering company.
